UBL Appoints Dr Harpreet Chohan as Lead First Aider for Season 4

The Ultimate Badminton League is proud to announce the appointment of Dr Harpreet Chohan as Lead First Aider for the upcoming 2025/2026 Season 4.

Harpreet is a dual-qualified medical doctor and pharmacist, bringing a wealth of clinical expertise and a strong interest in sports medicine and athlete wellbeing. Currently working as a Foundation Year 1 doctor, he also has over six years of experience as a clinical pharmacist across diverse healthcare settings, including trauma, orthopedics, and emergency medicine.


In his role as Lead First Aider, Harpreet will provide courtside medical support throughout the season, helping to ensure the safety and care of players at UBL fixtures across the competition. His appointment marks a significant step forward in strengthening the league’s commitment to player welfare and high standards of medical provision.


Speaking on his new role, Harpreet said:

"I'm really excited to be part of the UBL in this way, combining my passions of healthcare and badminton. I'm most looking forward to witnessing the amazing badminton that will be on show at all levels across the competition."
