PLAY with Badminton Insight

Cancellation Policy

The buyer is agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions: 1. This Ticket allows the recipient 5 minutes court time with Badminton Insight, a specific time slot will be allocated to the recipient before the event. 2. In addition, courts will be available from 1pm to 4pm (court time will be varied based on queue system) for friendly games with All Star players. 3. Limited shuttlecocks will be provided for friendly games. 4. Games to 21 with sudden death at 20-20 to be played on all courts accept Badminton Insight court. 5. Court time will consist of the recipient, Badminton Insight and another guest (4 people on 1 court). The recipient is allowed to partner another guest participating in the PLAY event otherwise the event organiser will choose a guest to participate. Badminton Insight are open to playing all combinations. 6. Photos and videos are permissible at the event, the recipient agrees for them to be photographed/filmed. 7. Badminton Insight and All Star Players are happy to sign personal items, the recipient must bring their own marker pen. 8. Photos and autographs must be done at the beginning of the time slot, this cannot be done at the end of the allocated time slot. 9. The recipient must be ready to play with Badminton Insight when it is their time slot. 10. Payment must be made before the deadline of 12/08/24. 11. Ticket will not be confirmed until payment is made. 12. If payment is not made before the deadline, slot will be offered to someone else. 13. Payment is non-refundable. 14. The recipient agrees to abide by the rules of the centre and event organiser. If any of these rules are not followed, any rude or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and the recipient will be removed from the centre. 15. The event organiser may make changes to the event, the recipient will be informed via email/phone of these changes prior to the event. The recipient's 5 minute court time will remain the same regardless of any other change/s to the event. 16. If the event is postponed or cancelled, the recipient will receive a full refund.
